SANTO DOMINGO.-As if it were an “expected chronicle” in the face of two events that surprised the population, such as the recent national electricity blackout and as a result of this, the paralysis of several stations of the Santo Metro, President Luis Abinader dismissed the administrator of the Dominican Electric Transmission Company, Martín Robles, and Rafael Santos Pérez, director of the Office for the Reorganization of Transportation.
