On May 7, the ANSES (National Social Security Administration) closed the inscriptions to receive the Income Reinforcement of $18,000 that the Government will deliver.
During registration, the organism received 11.8 million applications from informal workers, from private homes and monotributistas of categories A and B, who were eligible to apply for the bonus of the ANSES.
Of these 11.8 million applications, 1.6 million were automatically rejected by the ANSESfor not meeting the evaluation criteria required to be beneficiaries.
In addition, 2.7 million requests were denied after carrying out the demographic and social evaluation, since the Government established several requirements in order to deliver the bonus to citizens with lower incomes.
This means that, of all applications, 7.1 million were accepted.which added to the 6.1 million retirees who will receive the $12,000 bonus, the income boost will reach 13.6 million people.
It should be remembered that in the case of retirees and pensioners, it was not necessary to register with the agency, and that the subsidy will be delivered with the assets of the benefits.
In the case of those who will receive the $18,000 bonus, it will be paid in 2 installments in May and June, each of $9,000; In addition, the subsidy will be delivered only once to each beneficiary.
