This Tuesday they reviewed the progress of the Alliance to Produce Life plan, which is advancing at a good pace. This was reported by the Minister for Communes and Social Movements, Jorge Arreaza, who held a meeting with representatives of the Movement of Landless Rural Workers (MST) of Brazil, in which they evaluated the steps to follow, and determined that they will accelerate the program .
“On the instructions of President Nicolás Maduro, we met with the Brazilian MST team, headed by its leader, brother João Pedro Stedile. We review the progress and next steps of our Alliance to Produce Life: it is going at a good pace, but we are going to accelerate”, Arreaza published on his account on the social network Twitter.
The training days and exchange of experiences in agroecological production and the management of cooperatives through the Alianza para producir Vida plan, began on February 27. In them they proposed several lines of work, in which issues of seeds, technologies, inputs and training were touched on, with the participation of the Ministry of Communes together with the Movement of Landless Rural Workers of Brazil.
During the sessions, the Vice Minister for Community and Social Organization and Participation, César Carrero Aristizábal, highlighted the power to generate the alliance of the peoples.
