Aldosivi from Mar del Plata (3 points) cHe put on a two-game losing streak this Monday nights, by defeating Godoy Cruz de Mendoza (1), by 2-0, as a visitor, in a match valid for the third date, zone B, of the Professional Football League Cup (LPF)

At the Malvinas Argentinas stadium in the capital of Mendoza, the team from Mar del Plata showed forcefulness and made the most of the few opportunities available to them.

Thus, the Uruguayan Martín Cauteruccio (Pt. 21m.) and Matías Pisano (St. 42m.) got the goals of the cast of DT Martín Palermo.

The Mendoza team, which turned the visiting goalkeeper, José Devecchi, into a figure, finished the game with ten men, as a result of the red card shown to the winger Matías Ramírez (St. 20m.), for an infraction on Emanuel Iñíguez.

under light rain, the ‘Tomba’ took the initiative and looked for the gap from the start. However, the local cast was exposed in a counter and Aldosivi billed in one of the first that he had in his favor.

Thus, at 21m., a cut pass from Tomás Martínez for the arrival of the Colombian Edwin Mosquera allowed the Uruguayan Cauteruccio to touch the goal, with the goal empty.

From there until the end of the stage, Godoy Cruz insisted in different ways to try to equalize and collided with the wall that the rival goalkeeper put up.

The former San Lorenzo goalkeeper was left with clear goal situations that Martín Ojeda, Matías Ramírez and Tadeo Allende had, successively, preventing an equality that –at that point- was already a more logical result.

In the second period, the panorama did not change and, perhaps, the only thing that changed is that DT Diego Flores’ team no longer had so much insistence. But the ‘Tomba’ continued to dominate, even in numerical inferiority, after the expulsion of Matías Ramírez.

Aldosivi gave up ball and ground, despite that extra man, and submitted to unnecessary restlessness.

Until the legs of the local players said enough and the spaces appeared. Then, Pisano attacked from the right sector, after a pass from Maciel, and hit a cross shot to settle the match.
