The AFIP (Federal Administration of Public Revenue) will carry out two online auctions of merchandise that, due to delay, confiscation or abandonment, were made available to the DGA (General Customs Directorate).
In this sense, the first auction of the AFIP will take place on Thursday, December 2 and the second will take place a week later, on Thursday, December 9. At the same time, the entity It will divide the products according to the dates.
In this way, the AFIP It will auction console games such as Playstation and joysticks during the first date, while the second will offer cameras, high-end cell phones such as iPhones, Macbook computers, smart watches, tablets and notebooks.
At the same time, the entity driven by Mercedes Marcó del Pont explained that it is merchandise that cannot be donated, so that, in addition to generating income, they will free up space in the warehouses.
Likewise, the products are in warehouses in the northeast region, such as Barranqueras (Chaco), Clorinda (Formosa), Corrientes, Formosa, Goya (Corrientes), Paso de los Libres (Corrientes) and San Javier (Misiones).
For this reason, AFIP indicated that the buyer must withdraw the purchased goods at those points or, if required, may authorize a third party.
How to participate in the AFIP auction
The auctions will be held online through the Banco Ciudad website and you will be able to see the merchandise of the different lots with the base price and the description on the City Auctions site.
At the same time, those who want to participate will have to register 48 hours before each auction and thus will be enabled for the day of the auction. Once entered, they will be able to transfer the security. Finally, for the first date there will be 60 lots and for the second, 59.
