The AFIP (Federal Administration of Public Revenues) recently announced new control measures for grain producers, in order to “optimize inspection processes.”
Because of this, the organism Together with the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, they established that “producers must report twice a year the volume of grain production obtained during each campaign,” according to the statement. AFIP.
Besides, the AFIP and the Ministry of Agriculture determined through their Official Gazette that “producers report their wheat stocks annually at the end of February”.
This, given that “the adaptations introduced to the Simplified Agricultural Information System (SISA), the information base where different data on the activity are declared, strengthen the state’s capacity to dismantle evasion maneuvers.”
The organism and the ministry also defined that “distributors and wholesalers in the flour sector must use the Electronic Flour Remittance (REH) when they send merchandise to bakeries.”
Said provisions “are part of the measures implemented by the different specialized areas to improve control capacities,” according to the head of the AFIPMercedes Marco del Pont .
Marcó del Pont also added: “The digitization of documentation and the permanent improvement in sectoral data strengthen the tasks of control and supervision carried out in a coordinated manner by the different areas of the State to dismantle irregular operations that not only affect the financing of public policies, but also harm actors who comply with the rules.”
What are the dates to declare
According to what was announced in resolutions 5236/2022 and 5237/2022 that were published this Wednesday in the Official Gazette, there will be two annual dates to declare: at the end of the thick harvest and at the end of the fine.
With this, the current regulations are modified in which it was established that producers declare their volume of grains once a year.
