The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) issued 242 reports for violation of billing regulations and detected 27% of labor informality in a survey carried out in 12 provinces within the framework of the Summer 2023 Operationreported this Wednesday the tax agency.
The operations were carried out jointly by the General Tax Directorate, the General Directorate of Social Security Resources, the General Directorate of Customs and in some proceedings the Collection Agency of the Province of Buenos Aires (ARBA) also intervened.
The organization led by Carlos Castagneto deployed 388 agents and visited 188 businesses including hotels, bars, breweries, inns, spas and dance venues.
Also, the AFIP carried out control actions in special electronic music events and in provincial events such as “after beach”which take place in the spas in the southern area of the city of Mar del Plata.
In total, they drew up 242 minutes due to the lack of issuance of sales receipts and the absence of fiscal controllers of new technology.
Likewise, they surveyed 4,391 employees and detected that 27% were not registered or presented irregularities in their registration with the AFIP.
On the other hand, they also carried out controls on the route to verify the documentation of the goods in transit, and survey domains of high-end vehicles in order to verify their correct declaration before the agency.
In the mobile service spaces, they made 514 inquiries between tax code registrations, debt statements, monotax, doubts about returns and complaints.
