Lto magazine Time and the company Statista They presented their list of the “Best Companies in the World in 2024″ and within the ranking, There are three Colombian companies. Which ones are they?
According to the renowned media outlet, the ranking is based on a formula of employee satisfaction surveys; revenue growth; and environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) data.
In this sense, more than 70 million companies worldwide are evaluated, granting an exclusive place to the 1,000 best companies that complete the list.
The Colombian companies that made it to the list are Ecopetrol, Bancolombia and Grupo Argos. Of them, Ecopetrol occupies position number 437, reaching a total score of 87.53, standing out notably in the satisfaction of its employees. They are followed by Bancolombia ranked 698with 84.18 points, and Grupo Argos, which is in position 750with 83.48 points.

In the case of Ecopetrol, the Colombian state oil company stands out for the high level of satisfaction of its workforce, which reflects a positive work environment.
Bancolombia, a banking institution from Antioquia, and Grupo Argos, an infrastructure and energy holding company, are recognized not only for their financial performance, but also for their commitment to sustainability and gender equality in their management positions.
