The Council of the International Athletics Federation (World Athletics) has agreed this Wednesday in Monaco to assign the Scottish city of Glasgow (United Kingdom) the organization of the 2024 World Indoor Championships.
Glasgow has already hosted the 2019 European Indoor Championships, and World Athletics will now bring its 2024 championships to the same stage.
The dates of the contest have not yet been specified, but expected to be in March 2024, according to World Athletics.

Lima will become the first city in Peru in hosting a World Athletics Championships when it welcomes the best U-20 athletes in the world in mid-2024, as agreed on Wednesday by the Council of the international federation (World Athletics).
