Charges and provisional detention are charged to 12 people for kidnapping to the detriment of a man, which occurred on January 25 in Altos del Campo in La Chorrera, province of Panama Oeste, after a hearing of approximately 11 hours.
According to Prosecutor Jenny Moreno, from the First Superior Prosecutor’s Office against Organized Crime, there are facts of the request for $60,000 dollars to ransom the person kidnapped in the district of La Chorrera, who was later transferred to the area. Pedregal, in the province of Panama.
Moreno also confirmed that the victim and those apprehended are Panamanian nationals.
On the other hand, he indicated that transfers were made from the victim’s cards for almost $10,500 dollars.
