University students enrolled in the Capes University Talent Award take the test this Sunday (1st) in 60 cities across the country. The competition aims to reward the first 1,000 placed with R$5,000 each, with 50 prizes reserved for people with disabilities.
The award created by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes), of the Ministry of Education (MEC), aims to recognize the performance of outstanding students, subsidize university studies and research and encourage the training of students enrolled in higher education institutions.
Students who took the National High School Examination (Enem) in 2023 and entered higher education in 2024 participate. The university student can be enrolled in any area of knowledge, in person or remotely, in a public, private or military institution.
The gates open at 1pm this Sunday and the race starts at 2pm, ending at 6:30pm. The student will have to answer 80 questions and the result of the test with the prize will be published on January 31st of next year.
