When considering that there was a “systematic and generalized distribution strategy” of accordions, electoral magistrate Reyes Rodríguez Mondragón proposes to cancel the voting by ministers.
“This irregularity updated the causes of nullity corresponding to the use of illicit financing and the serious violation of the constitutional principles that govern the electoral matter,” says the project that will be presented in the next session of the Superior Chamber of the Electoral Court of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF).
Just in the session last Wednesday, Reyes Rodríguez considered that evidence should be requested to delve into the analysis of the eventual mass distribution of accordions. His colleagues said that the TEPJF is not a research instance and less elements that the dissatisfied did not attach in their means of challenge.
The project released last night refers to the disagreement trials filed by Isaac de Paz González, Olivia Aguirre Bonilla, Rosa Elena González Tirado and the National Strategic Litigation Council against the Agreement of the General Council of the National Electoral Institute, which declared the validity of the election of ministers.
The speaker magistrate indicates that there is “full coincidence” between the candidates that appeared in the materials and those who won, and concludes that the strategy was decisive in the electoral results.
