In his opinion, this violates the prohibition provided for in the General Constitution itself, in addition to the fact that the aforementioned exception results in a modification of a fundamental aspect of the electoral processes that are currently underway, which is prohibited at the constitutional level.
In a public session held by videoconference, the plenary therefore confirmed that in the report of the three years of government presented by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador on December 1, 2021, government acts and achievements were disseminated in a prohibited period, given that the six aforementioned elections were already in progress.
