Tense calm is lived during the third day of protests in Huancavelica

After Tuesday was turbulent and very violent, which ended with several public institutions set on fire, with broken windows, Wednesday was a day of tense calm, the same one that was experienced throughout the city of Huancavelica.

The morning began with some businesses, who timidly opened half the door, as they sought to support their daily income in order to better have enough to bring food to their families.
