The governor of Carabobo, Rafael Lacava, reported this Wednesday night that he was caught 15 year oldaccused of abusing and murdering his 5-year-old stepsister.
“The main suspect in this incident has already confessed,” revealed the Governor, referring to the teenager, who in turn is the stepson of the mother of the ill-fated little girl. The president spoke from the central command of Policarabobo, broadcast on his social networks
Lacava recalled that the girl was murdered early Monday morning in the Tronconero sector, Guacara. That same day the security agencies recovered the body of the minor from the depth of a septic tank dug in the house where she lived. Lacava described the perpetrators of the crime as “dark, crooked characters.”
The Governor said that the Cicpc opened a “criminal-forensic investigation to understand where this fact came from.” He asked the family nuclei for greater responsibility towards the children and not leave them “to the good of God.”
