With the aim of discussing strategies and projects with the urban and householder authority authority (AAUD), Deputy Lenín Ulate conducted a technical table with representatives and workers of that institution.
For the deputy, it is important to empower the work carried out by the workers of the AAUD, since he has had the opportunity to see how in other countries, such as Colombia, he is recognized by the work carried out by this personnel.
Faced with this reality, ULATE proposes to regulate the professionalization and protection of these workers exposed to multiple health hazards, in the face of waste management, considering training and training, occupational safety and health, in addition, of establishing a salary ranking for collectors of garbage.
Another aspect to consider in the proposal would be the implementation of the Insurance Program, which could be carried out through public servants’ copayment or the creation of an Insurance Fund for Professional Risks.
