Santo Domingo.- According to the Public Ministry The teachers of the La Syria basic school in the municipality of Quisqueya, in San Pedro de Macorís, Fernando Peña Eusebio and his cousin Roberto Bello Matos would have sexually abused the 13-year-old teenager in the classrooms and church of the place.
According to the prosecuting body, in the request for a measure of coercion, Peña Eusebio, raped the student for three months, for which I was waiting afternoon hours in the classroomand there he proceeded to commit the act against the teenager.
While his cousin, Alejandro Roberto Bello Matoswho is a fugitive, abused the minor in the morning, using the area around the church. He carried out his abuse on three occasions. He also threatened the minor.

When the father realized minor put the complaint on February 18in which he informed the authorities about what was happening with his daughter.
He arrest against one of the abusive teachers of the teenager, Eusebio Peña, materialized on November 21 via an order authorized by the Permanent Attention Office of San Pedro de Macorís.
The legal qualification deals with the violations of articles 330, 331 and 332 on indecent assault, in addition to 396 and its topics A, B and C, on abuse against children and adolescents.
