An unusual situation occurred last week at a school in the town of Corrientes, Argentina, after a student drugged her biology teacher, accusing her of being “very demanding.”
Specifically, the 13-year-old girl placed three pills of ground anxiolytics in the thermos where the teacher drank mate, causing her to faint a couple of minutes after consuming the drugs.
According to Telefe, the academic is Andrea Correa, who felt bad immediately after taking the drug. As a result of this, she had to be transferred to a care center to receive medical treatment.
The authorities reported this worrying situation because it was a student from another course who heard a series of comments, notifying some managers.
From the school they carried out the respective investigations and it was a 13-year-old student who confessed to the fact after imminent collective punishment, admitting that she participated in this because they wanted to avoid taking a test.
“It’s an attack”
In statements rescued by the aforementioned medium, the victim’s father, Hugo Correa, revealed that this could be much worse, since his daughter suffers from diabetes and is hypertensive.
“I know that at the police headquarters the mother of the accused minor confirmed the fact, but clarified that the idea came from another student. Her daughter told her that her partner’s idea was to put rat poison on her. For me it is an attack, an attempted murder, ”she said.
Currently, the teacher is on medical leave and recovering at home, while the school indicated that it is gathering all the evidence to take the pertinent actions.
