Teacher Esther Mercado Umasi denounced an alleged irregular appointment within the Francisco Laso Higher School of Artistic Training in Tacna.
He said that based on Law 32086, an appointment process was called for a position in music – soprano singing, for which he applied.
Filed administrative complaint
He indicated that the RMCC teacher was irregularly declared suitable despite the fact that she only occupied a replacement position and that she did not meet the profile since she is a piano teacher.
He presented his administrative complaint to the Ministry of Education, which in turn has asked the Directorate of Education of Tacna to resolve the case, however the latter body has returned the document to Minedu, not wanting to commit.
You are a victim of harassment
Mercado requests that said appointment be annulled because it was granted irregularly. She claimed to have been working as a contractor for 25 years and that she met all the requirements. Now she says she is a victim of harassment and fears that because of her complaints they will at any moment withdraw her employment.
