Given the disclosure of false information and destabilizing actions by members of the RM Party, related to the Deputy of Capira, Magistrate Alfredo Juncá warned that the Electoral Tribunal (TE) will be very energetic against those who seek to affect the holding of the primary elections of Cambio Democrático (CD).
Juncá said that those who are misinforming, spreading Fake News and attacking the Electoral Tribunal should be prepared. “The hand of the TE will not tremble, to take the pertinent legal actions,” he said.
The statements of the presiding magistrate of the TE were given at the Zeroing of the Unofficial Transmission of Results (TER), of the primary elections of the CD, in the presence of the members of the National Commission of Primary Elections CD, directed by Ovigildo Herrera.
