The First Constitutional Chamber of the Departmental Court of Justice of La Paz yesterday declared inadmissible the constitutional protection presented by the group Mujeres Creando against President Luis Arce, who did not respond to the written request on cases of femicides and rapists benefited by judges and prosecutors.
Before the fact, María Galindo, leader of the collective, protested and interrupted the reading of the judicial resolution, before which the member Israel Campero asked the Police to evict the activist.

“Make me get out! I do not mind. I want to make it clear that they are declaring inadmissible an amparo for a group of women who are active defenders of human rights and the constitutional rights of women,” protested Galindo.
In the end, the police did not evict Galindo and instead the justice officials left the room and the second hearing against the president of the Senate, Andrónico Rodríguez, who had to answer for the same case, was suspended. Galindo left the judicial offices.
