The Sports Disciplinary Court (TDD) of the Bolivian Football Federation (FBF) has issued rulings in two lawsuits involving The Strongest club, with mixed results. In its resolution, the TDD declared the challenges presented by The Strongest against Real Tomayapo and that of Guabirá regarding the brindle painting unproven.

In the first case, the brindle club claimed the three points lost in a match that ended 2-0 in favor of Real Tomayapo on August 18, alleging the poor qualification of the player Misael Cuéllar. However, the TDD determined that the challenge was inadmissible and that the points would remain in favor of Tomayapo.

On the other hand, Guabirá also filed a challenge against The Strongest, requesting the loss of three points due to the irregular inclusion of five foreign players in the match on October 20, where the aurinegro won 1-0. The TDD dismissed this claim, arguing that insufficient evidence was presented to support the allegations.

Both clubs have the option of appealing these decisions before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). The Strongest’s leadership has indicated that it will consult with its legal committee before issuing an official statement on the ruling.
