During this Wednesday the First Chamber of the Constitutional Court (TC) rejected the request sent by the general (r), Ricardo Martinez, to avoid testifying before the visiting minister of the Martial Court, Romy Rutherfordwithin the framework of the “air tickets” section in the “fraud in the Army” case.
The decision was informed by the lawyer reporting the case, Lino Riffo, who stated that the TC decided to summon arguments of admissibility for the case on April 13 at noon.
