The federal government launched a service to evaluate the digital service of the Personal Income Tax (IRPF). The tool has been available since Friday (31) and, through it, taxpayers who have declared the tax can give their opinions and suggestions about the features of the service.
According to the Ministry of Economy, the assessment is optional and will be available at the end of completing the 2022 Income Tax Declaration. In the space, the taxpayer will find questions about their experience with the service – if it was fast, easy to use and reliable – and whether to file a compliment or a complaint.
The ministry said the initiative aims to hear about the user experience with digital services, for improvement and future modifications.
The taxpayer will be able to make the assessment until the deadline for submitting the declaration, which is April 29.
“The service can only be evaluated as soon as it is used. It will not be possible, for example, to carry out the assessment days after the delivery of the declaration”, informed the folder.
