The mayor of Bogotá Claudia López and the Secretary of Mobility Nicolás Estupiñán signed decree 004 of the year 2022 where the increase in taxi fares in Bogotá is announced, the minimum taxi ride in the capital will cost $ 4,500; the value of the unit, that is to say every 100 meters, will cost $ 90 and night, holiday or Sunday surcharges will have an additional cost of $ 2,200.
According to article 7 of the decree, this measure begins to take effect on Saturday, January 8, 2022.
