2025 began and Bogotá Treasury Secretariat has already communicated that taxpayers can start paying their taxes related to property and vehicle taxes. ¿How to pay and declare your obligations starting this Wednesday, January 1?
The step by step officially communicated by the capital’s authorities is as follows:
1. Enter https://www.haciendabogota.gov.co/ and then click on the option “Bogotá Payments”.
2. Go to “Taxes” and select the corresponding tribute.

3. Access the virtual office to log in with your email and password and then select statements.
4. To make the payment, you can do so through the PSE button or print the declaration to make the payment at an authorized collection entity.

Taxpayers who do not need to carry out this procedure in the first days of the year, they will be able to consult the property and vehicle tax invoices in the links “Download and pay your 2025 tax”, available on the web portal of the District Treasury Secretariat starting the third week of January.
It is important to remember that physical billing for the 2025 period will be sent to the registered addresses of taxpayers starting in February, in order to facilitate the payment of their taxes.
Those who must submit a declaration to pay the tax may do so by entering “Pagos Bogotá” / “Taxes” / “Virtual Office”.

If they are not registered, they must register. Subsequently, they can generate a declaration using the option “Declarations” / “Generate Declaration”, complete the data as appropriate and, once submitted, make the payment online.
