Tax revenues in 2025 exceeded S/175,000 million

August tax revenues rose 19.3%

The net tax revenues of the Central Government (discounting tax refunds) exceeded S/175,000 million in 2025, with this, the collection would have experienced a real growth of 10.7% compared to the previous year, detailed the Sunat.

This result represents an increase of more than S/19.2 billion in additional income, compared to the collection obtained in 2024.

“This important achievement is based on the positive performance that economic activity would have recorded, as well as the various actions deployed by Sunat throughout the year in terms of compliance control, inspection, assistance and guidance to taxpayers,” Sunat indicated in a statement.

It should be noted that the tax income obtained during 2025 almost doubles the average income achieved in the period 2016-2019, which was S/98,858 million.
