A man was detained by agents from the Tarma Police Station after entering a pharmacy and threatening to explode a supposed grenade if they did not give him 20 soles, generating alarm among those present.

The incident occurred when the individual, identified as Jesús Manuel, 24 years old, claimed to belong to a criminal organization from Lima and, under that threat, tried to extort the owner of the establishment. The victim immediately alerted the Police, who arrived quickly and managed to intervene with the suspect before he escaped.
