Talara Refinery: Final cost amounts to US$5.3 billion

The Minister of Energy and Mines, oscar veraassured that the final price of the new Talara Refinery (Piura) will be US$5.300 million.

“This project was conceived in two stages. One with the investment of Petroperú for the process units and another for the auxiliary units”added the official from Talara.
