Taking of tribune and blankets frame debate on reform of the IECM in CDMX Congress

At that time, the protests by opposition deputies intensified and even the PRD members Víctor Hugo Lobo and Jorge Gaviño tried to turn off the sound apparatus of the congress when the opinion by Temístocles Villanueva was presented. Faced with the disorder that prevailed in the legislative chamber, the PAN parliamentary group decided to bring out its own horn and megaphones to continue with its positions against the ruling while the opposing party argued loudly that the reform of the IECM was to eliminate the partisan quotas of previous governments.
