After an alliance with more than 30 companies in the city, the Secretariat of Economic Development of Bogotá announced the launch of 2,231 job offers on the market, which are looking for people with or without experience and To a large extent they are focused on providing employment opportunities for women.
Yolima López, deputy director of Employment and Training of the district entity, He said that among the vacancies, positions such as lawyer, forestry technician, warehouse manager, bacteriologist, biomedical engineer, social manager, among others, stand out.

“The salaries offered vary depending on the profile and experience, reaching up to five million pesos, with options for professionals, technicians, technologists, high school graduates and even people without formal education,” he explained.
From Economic Development it was said that these opportunities are aimed at promoting the fight against unemployment and informality, highlighting that interested parties do not have to resort to third parties or pay to participate in the calls.
“This job offer with specific opportunities for women is part of the actions we carry out to close gender gaps in the labor market, promoting the inclusion of diverse talent. The District explained that job offers will be managed through the Agency Employment District, through alliances with companies and highlighted that this is the result of joint efforts between the public and private sectors.
“In one of these, with Activos SAS, we seek to fill the vacancy for a gantry crane operator. This position has a salary of $3,500,000, and requires a person trained to lift, move and load heavy or large materials and equipment on construction sites,” the official highlighted.

Another attractive job offer that appears on this list is that of the company Élite Logística y Rendimiento SAS, which offers two vacancies: an accountant with a salary of $4,000,000 and a full-time lawyer with a salary of $5,000,000. Additionally, the National Bank Foundation Hemolife Blood is looking for processing bacteriologists, with a salary offer of $2,750,000.
Job Marathon
The Secretariat of Economic Development also announced that this week it will continue with the ‘Job Marathon’, within the framework of the strategy with which it brings job opportunities to the 20 locations and a specialized service route. During these days, socio-occupational guidance and access to free job training courses are offered.
This week, the activities will take place at strategic points in the city. On Tuesday, November 26, they will be at the social integration point of Tunjuelito, located on Diagonal 47A south # 53B – 27, while on Thursday, November 28, the appointment will be in San Victorino, in the Plazoleta de la Mariposa in the town of Santa Faith. This strategy is key to energizing the local labor market.
“These job fairs will have a specialized technical team to provide support to those who have greater barriers to access the labor market, focusing especially on women, young people in vulnerable situations, migrants and people in the process of reintegration,” they concluded.
