Once again, the use of masks in Colombia is a fact, as confirmed this Friday by the Minister of Health, Carolina Corcho.
The official specified that this measure will apply to those 2 years of age and older.
Indicating that the decision was made taking into account the recent increases in cases of COVID-19 and proliferation of respiratory diseases.
Likewise, they explained that surgical masks should be used if you have not been vaccinated, or if you have comorbidities such as cancer, HIV, diabetes, and others.
The decree will be issued next week.
