As for the salary For the brigade members, Conaf offers salaries that vary depending on the position they occupy. The gross monthly salary for a brigade leader is $775,695, while the crew leader receives $671,275. In the case of brigade members without a specific position, the salary is $507,185. In addition to these base salaries, workers may receive additional bonuses, which will be detailed in the contract they sign upon being selected.
