Tacubaya Metro attacker will be prosecuted for attempted murder

In this context, the Capital Prosecutor’s Office reported that, once his non-imputability was not declared, it will proceed to prosecute the investigation file for the crime of attempted homicide.

That is why he will be presented before a control judge where his legal situation will be determined in the next few hours.

At the hearing, the Public Ministry will formulate the accusation against Jimmy Arnulfo “N” for the events of November 19 and subsequently the judge will dictate the corresponding precautionary measures.

Once the judge analyzes the elements presented by the public ministry, the subject may be admitted, either in the northern prison or will maintain his treatment at the Men’s Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center.
