The bricklayer Zacarías Paxi Quiñones (58) had an accident at the construction site of a house in the Residencial Laguna Azul urbanization on the Tacneño coast.

The victim received first aid from the police from the Aquatic Rescue section and finally the paramedics from the Emergency Medical Care Service (SAMU) who transferred him to the Health Center of the Boca del Río town center.
Policemen came to his rescue first.
According to a witness, the worker had fallen from the third floor of a property, they requested support from the police with knowledge in first aid who managed to keep him awake or not lose consciousness.

“First they called the Boca del Río post and they said they had no ambulance, then a Samu vehicle arrived,” said the observer.
