In coordinated work of a prosecutor specialized in crimes of Trafficking in Persons of Tacna, police officers of the Trafficking of Depincri persons and personnel of the Victims and Witnesses of the Public Ministry were rescued in the last hours to four members of a family who were forced to remain in a farm in the Las Yaras district, after the father and head of the initials V. LL. B. (19) asked for help and denounced that he was a victim of labor exploitation and remained with his partner and two twin daughters of a year and a half.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, on September 29, the 19 -year -old denounced that he was captured through a job offer for quinoa harvest for two months and with monthly payment of S/ 1,500 soles, but after signing a contract without a copy was held for seven months without receiving any payment; He also lived with his family in precarious conditions and were forced to perform unpacked work.

After the rescue operation, the aggrieved family was found in a property without the minimum conditions for human experience. The alleged aggressor or labor exploiter was not found, but is identified. The Public Ministry investigates the alleged crime against human dignity, in the modality of trafficking in persons for labor exploitation purposes.
