A member of the Peruvian Army was detained by the National Police for being immersed in a crime against property by appropriating the cell phone of a person whom he had just met.

The citizen identified as Brand Daniel Peralta Rodríguez (18) denounced that he met Carlos Raúl Cahui Rodríguez (21), a second sergeant of the Peruvian Army, in a bar and that he works at the Gregorio Albarracín barracks.

He states that at 5:50 this Sunday when they were in the Vigil passage, his companion asked him to lend him his black Samsung model A52 cell phone, which is valued at approximately 2,100 soles.
