“We are going to leave the files ready so that they can bid, it is the case of riverside defenses that the mayor of Calana manifests, we have had to clean up the land, make the marginal strips”, he explained.
Projects ready to be approved
Another of the projects that would make viable is the TEA 628 road that joins the districts of Pocollay Calana and Pachía and the Calana health post. According to the governor, since October they are already bidding us for new projects.

He indicated that they currently have a progress of budget execution of more than 70% and that by December 31 he expects to reach more than 90%, the same as the three previous years in which said goal was exceeded.
Educational works were prioritized
When questioned by specialist Robert Perca for not prioritizing projects in Health and Citizen Security in 2022, he replied that the GRT does not impose the works, but that it is the municipalities and their populations that propose them and this year they prioritized those related to the education sector.
Tonconi highlighted that in the budget execution of more than 90% it meant to the GRT to obtain 10,000,000 soles as incentives for the execution of other works.
