Tacna: Director of communications would not meet the requirements for the position

The Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, through the Official Orientation Report 323-2023, detected that the current head of the Communications Directorate of the Regional Directorate of Transport and Communications of Tacna, Natividad Carrillo Román, would not meet the profile for the position.

It points out that the entity, through Directorial Resolution 129-2022, signed by former director Rosario del Carmen García Andia, commissioned the public servant who has contracted status as director of communications on June 17, 2022.

Transgression to the norms

He specified that he is not within the administrative career, a situation that transgresses the principle of legality and affects the proper functioning of the public administration.

The report notes that the worker argued that she is “permanently hired”, however this would not give her the status of servant within the administrative career.
