Wasn’t seen in broad daylight

The complainants do not explain how the driver did not see the animal that was sleeping on the track. “You can see that the little dog is sleeping on the track, sunbathing, in broad daylight, the driver does not see him, he passes him slowly, perhaps he was on his cell phone and driving with one hand,” one of the people said.
