The inspiration for the tapa (Trópico) arises as a tribute to the entire Latin and tropical culture in general that Panama has, to that melting pot of races that exists in its national territory, who live daily experimenting and creating new gastronomic proposals taking as a reference all the cultural and ascentral heritage.

This event is organized by the Valladolid City Council, the Tourism Council, the Provincial Association of Hospitality Entrepreneurs, among other organizations and will be taking place in the Millennium Dome of that city.
