The private investment promotion agency (Proinversion) appointed Tabata Vivanco del Castillo as the new executive director of the institution, replacing Luis del Carpio, who held the position.

The new holder of Proinversion is a lawyer by profession, has a master’s degree in political communication and strategic governance by the George Washington University (USA), and assumed the General Directorate of Programs and Transport Projects of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MTC).
It has more than 20 year of experience in the public sector and, in addition to the aforementioned positions, it has held high management positions in various ministries, such as work and promotion of employment, energy and mines, production, interior, woman and vulnerable populations and social development and development.
Within Proinversion, it has been part of public companies in the mining and energy sectors. In addition, he served as administrative manager of the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes.
He is a specialist in Anti -Born Systems (ISO 37001: 2017) and other international integrity standards for the public and private sector. He is also a referee and award in dispute resolution joints.
