Ta-Ta presented its new strategic model based on customer experience

The occasion, which brought together more than 200 suppliers and 130 managers, was the ideal setting for the presentation of a new model based on customer experience.

In addition, the company’s new management team was officially introduced, as well as the new General Manager of the Ta-Ta Supermarkets business unit, Magdalena Mutio. The continuity of Christopher Jones as Country Manager of the Group was also highlighted, now added to his role as Director of Technology in Grupo de Narváez at a regional level.

The meeting was held on Thursday, April 13, and was the starting point for the execution of this new experience plan that involves various pillars to be transformed: a new service model, the expansion of the assortment, and the start of a schedule for remodeling Ta-Ta stores in the country, which will coincide with the launch of the brand’s rebranding, after 67 years.

“Transforming this new model based on customer experience thus becomes one of the main goals in the next two years of the Ta-Ta brand” highlighted Magdalena Mutio during the meeting.

Throughout the day, managers from all over the country received training on news, latest trends and preview of products from the main suppliers.

The afternoon was dedicated to a fair of stands, where the most innovative products in different areas were presented and which strengthened the link between suppliers and collaborators. Ta-Ta Supermarkets presented two of its own stands, one for its meat brands and the other for its Hometech electro brand.

The awards ceremony, which distinguished the most outstanding in different categories, meant recognition of the efforts of each of the agents that are part of the value chain, stimulating work and the link between the entire supplier community and the supermarket .

The meeting concluded with an after party in which the Grupo TATA team shared with all the commercial references in the market, an exchange to publicize these new challenges that the company will undertake.
