The system for receiving paper prescriptions is presenting difficulties at the national level, as reported by the Social Security Fund (CSS).
The entity, through a statement, stated that for the time being, medication dispatches are being carried out manually while this situation is resolved. Prescriptions will be received and medications will be dispatched the next business day.
A team of engineers is working on the prompt restoration of this system.
The CSS apologized for the inconvenience caused and thanked them for their understanding.
