The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicholas Maduro Moors called on all Venezuelans, from the humblest to the civil and military official of any position, to work in the new era of Good Government with the 1×10 technological system and the 3R.NETS, to empower the people and govern in the solution of any problem that arises for the good living of all Venezuelan families and those who live in Venezuela.
“It is the construction of a new system of technological and human connection to attend to the real problems of the people, prioritize the problems and that people have a real-time response, real-time solutions to the problems of public service and communities” , he said from El Poliedro de Caracas, where he formalized the launch of the new governance method.
He announced six strategic lines of action for this new era, which are the results of evaluations made of all the struggles faced to date. Likewise, he reported the creation of Maps of Solutions and Concrete Actions of municipal, state and national action.
In addition, it indicated a period of 60 days for organized communities to register their 1×10 (or more people) in the Patria system so that their complaints, alerts, reports and petitions can be registered and channeled.
“The 1×10 of Good Government, and the first thing I have to say, Madam Executive Vice President, Sector Vice Presidents, Ministers, Ministers, Governors, Governors, Mayors and Mayors; Officers of ranks, hierarchies and positions, is a comprehensive operation of a civic-military-police nature; it encompasses the entire society, territories, sectors and peoples”, she summarized, asking for maximum attention to the elements that would be explained later.
The Head of State announced that the technological and organizational preparations had been finalized at the Presidential Command Post and the regional, municipal and local command centers for the activation of the method.
At this point, the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, explained that the technological platform of the Patria System was ready to join the service of the organized people to govern together with the Bolivarian National Executive.
“The platform is ready, all the connected ministries, governorates, mayors and in the various territorial units so that the People’s Power is the protagonist. It is already oiled, tuned and ready”.
Victorious fights of years
From the Poliedro de Caracas, and with a musical-cultural show of artists, worshipers, Creole singers, dancers and the System of Orchestras, the Head of State made this Friday the official launch of the 1×10 System of Good Governance. He entered the compound with his wife, the first combatant, Cilia Flores, the Constitutional President.
The National President recalled that this May 20, the day of activation of the 1×10, takes place precisely when four years have passed since the victory of the 2018 presidential re-election.
He made a detailed summary of the attacks and aggressions that since 2017 the opposition has led against the public life of Venezuelans, with the murderer Julio Borges as the main intellectual actor of the genocidal, assassination and violent plans of Colombia and the United States. , which filled the streets of the country with blood.
He recalled that the presidential election itself on May 20, 2018, was an express request of the right-wing opposition, which they later tried to ignore. Despite all the rogue behavior of the opposition, the Venezuelan people and the Bolivarian Government defeated them.
“Since December 2021 I have said it: what we have done has been good, but now we are going for more, now it is up to all of us and what is coming now is superior and even bigger, but we need new working methods, dust ourselves off and cobwebs that we could have and put aside laziness, conformism, bureaucratism; overcome minimalism and bureaucracy and use the new strategy of the 3R.NETS”.
“Let’s go with the 3R.NETS towards the future” he exhorted, requesting the deputies of the 256 brigade of the AN to work together with their circuits and states and with the elected leaders in the positions of popular election to do something.
“All of this that we are going to activate starting today is a great invention, a creation, something new, no one can fully say that they already know the results,” he warned.
“I have to ask you for the greatest creativity and spirit of participation, understanding and the greatest patience, because what we will activate today, we all have to get involved.”
