Santiago.- A court imposed a five-year suspended prison sentence against a man accused of physical and psychological assault against his former partner, the influencer Pamela Quezada García (La Patrona).
On July 25, 2023, Judge Kimberly Tatis, of the Permanent Attention Office of the Judicial District of Santiago, imposed three months of preventive detention against Heriberto Canelo Domínguez, for the assault against Quezada García.
The measure was sent to Canelo Domínguez to serve prison in the Rafey Hombres prison. At all times Canelo Domínguez has defended himself and has accused his ex-partner of being the real aggressor.
