A man allegedly linked to the crime against Life and Personal Integrity in the form of Homicide, to the detriment of a one-year-old infant, was apprehended by the National Police and the Public Ministry through a search warrant.
The unfortunate event was recorded on May 6, 2018, in the Blanco Arriba sector, Chiriquí province and according to the investigations carried out by the judicial authorities, the infant’s death resulted from blows to her anatomy.
The apprehension of the subject, presumably responsible for the death of the infant, occurred in the Barú District, Rodolfo Aguilar Delgado Corregimiento, specifically in the San Antonio sector in Finca Blanco.
This person was referred to the judicial authorities to start the corresponding processes.
