Fredy Coarita, known for chaining in Huancayo to demand the payment of a debt of 800 thousand soles, returned to the city to support Rafaela Mallma, a major adult who has been on strike for nine days in front of the District Municipality of El Tambo. The woman claims the collection of 45 thousand soles for services provided, without obtaining so far a favorable response from the authorities.

The reunion between Coarita and Mallma was emotional. The woman received him in tears and with a strong hug, a gesture that reflected the solidarity and union between suppliers that go through similar situations of debt to the Tambina commune.
The situation generated greater outrage after Mayor Julio César Llallico minimized the claim, noting that Mallma was not the holder of the supplier company. This situation led to her husband, in a wheelchair and in recovery of three operations, added to the fighting. The family also denounced an attempt to intimidate: a man with a covered face, allegedly from inside the municipal premises, used a smear to cut the door handle where the woman remained chained.

Coarita, who now supports Mallma as a lawyer, denounced administrative obstacles and described as “serious” the withdrawal of the handles without a report that supports him. “Not because they are officials can act that way. There must be a document that justifies it,” he said. He also said that his presence responds to a personal commitment to support unpaid suppliers and argued that the payment file could be resolved in a single day.
