The resolution orders the Board of Directors of the FOMAG to present within a maximum period of five business days a contingency plan that includes verifiable actions, schedules, responsible and defined resourcesoriented to overcome the findings detected by the Superintendency.
Additionally, it is required to guarantee the National Services Provision Network, ensure the monitoring of attention and appropriate payments to the providers, as well as strengthening health risk management and response to requests, complaints and claims of affiliates.
