The Superior Court of Bogotá denied the habeas corpus appeal established by the leader of the Dissidencies of the FARC, Geovany Andrés Rojas, aka spider, required in extradition in the United States to continue committing and committing drug trafficking activities.

“If there is any irregularity related to the circumstances surrounding the case by which it is requested in extradition to the aforementioned (…) Such circumstance must be exposed by the interested party before those entities,” emphasizes the decision.
Alias spider was arrested after a red notification of Interpol, by agents of the Technical Research Corps (CTI), who is required by a court in the Southern District of California (United States) for charges related to drug trafficking.
The arrest request required that this person, in his condition as an leader of the self -denominated group ‘Border Commands’, of the FARC dissidents would be involved in a continuous crime with the sending of cocaine to the United States.
